Every hamper/bouquet is handmade, so slight variations in colours, items, and packaging may occur.
2.â â Order Confirmation
Orders start only after payment/advance is received.
3.â â Processing Time
Regular orders take 24â48 hours.
Custom & bulk orders take 2â5 days.
4.â â Delivery
Delivery charges apply based on location.
We are not responsible for courier delays or wrong addresses given by customers.
5.â â No Return / No Refund
Since products are custom-made, no returns or refunds once the order is confirmed.
6.â â Cancellation
Cancellations allowed only within 1 hour, if work hasnât started.
7.â â Bulk Orders
Require 50% advance. No cancellation once preparation begins.
8.â â Photos & Posting
We may use pictures of your hampers for social media unless you request otherwise while ordering.
