Wedding Gifting – 
1.⁠ ⁠Advance Booking:
Wedding hampers must be booked 10–20 days in advance to ensure timely preparation.
2.⁠ ⁠Customisation:
All wedding gifting orders are custom-made. Colours, themes & items can be customised as per availability.
3.⁠ ⁠Order Confirmation:
Your order is confirmed only after a 50% advance payment. The remaining 50% is paid before dispatch/pickup.
4.⁠ ⁠No Return / Exchange:
Since hampers are personalised, returns, cancellations & exchanges are not accepted once the order is started.
5.⁠ ⁠Quality Assurance:
We use only fresh products & premium materials. Exact design may vary slightly due to stock availability.
6.⁠ ⁠Bulk Orders:
Special pricing available for bulk wedding orders (20+ hampers).
7.⁠ ⁠Delivery & Pickup:
Delivery charges depend on location & weight. Self-pickup is also available.
8.⁠ ⁠Damages During Transit:
We pack safely, but we are not responsible for courier transit damage.
(For local deliveries, safe handover is guaranteed.)
9.⁠ ⁠Urgent Orders:
Urgent orders below the standard timelineare accepted only if possible and may include an extra charge.
